dice onion, garlic, chilli, and swet in 2tbs oil for 5min

add diced carrot cook for 5min

open drain and add tins of beans .mix

add tomatoes and half cup of water and simmer to requierd consistency.

once cooked add herbs yo your taste. and seson with salt and pepper
