1 cupchickpeas
2 tspcumin
2 dashpaprika
2 tbspolive oil
3 tbspliquid from the can of chickpeas
1 tspred pepper
1 tsppepper
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/2 tspsalt
1garlic clove, minced

Steps

In a food processor combine all ingredients (except the reserved liquid) and blend until completely smooth.

Add some reserved liquid and blend, continue doing so till the desired consistency is acheived.
