  1. 3 tbspolive oil
  2. 200 gramsbacon or pancetta
  3. 4 clovegarlic
  4. 4 smallonion, chopped
  5. 3 mediumcarrots chopped
  6. 1 stickcelery chopped
  7. 500 gramsminced beef
  8. 500 gramsminced lamb
  9. 100 mlred wine
  10. 2 largecans chopped tomatoes
  11. 1salt and pepper
  12. 1 smallcinnamon stick
  13. 50 gramsparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the onions, bacon, garlic, carrots anf celery until onions turn soft.

  2. 2

    Add meat (use beef only if you prefer a lighter sauce) and fry till brown then add wine and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.

  3. 3

    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for an hour. Add the parmesan cheese to finish.
