Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspButter
  2. 1 largeOnion, diced
  3. 2Cooked Potatoes, cubed
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 3Eggs
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  8. 1/4 cupPlain Flour
  9. 440 gramscan of Creamed Corn
  10. 1 cupCheese, grated

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the onion in the butter on medium heat until tender but not brown.

  2. 2

    Add cubed potato and heat through.

  3. 3

    Mix the milk, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt together.

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients and mix.

  5. 5

    Pour into buttered pie dish and bake at 210 C for approx 30 mins or until the filling is set in the middle.
