Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the onion in the butter on medium heat until tender but not brown.

Add cubed potato and heat through.
- 3
Mix the milk, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt together.
- 4
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- 5
Pour into buttered pie dish and bake at 210 C for approx 30 mins or until the filling is set in the middle.
