Ingredients

  • 3chicken breast
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1orange bell pepper
  • 2 cuplong grain white rice
  • 1 canpineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cupcaribbean jerk marinade

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 425°

  2. 2

    cook chicken for 35 min.

  3. 3

    cook rice

  4. 4

    when chicken is done cut into cubes, cut peppers into strips, add to pan with pineapple and marinade.

  5. 5

    cook on medium heat for 10 min.

  6. 6

    mix in rice and serve.
