Ingredients

  1. 12Papad Slices
  2. 3 largeDiced White Onions
  3. 2Diced Tomatoes
  4. 6 tbspOil (preferably Groundnut)
  5. 2 1/2 tspTurmeric
  6. 4 tspChilli Powder
  7. 1 tspPepper
  8. 1 1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Roast papad slices on simmer without burning them and Once roasted, let them cool off for a minute or so.

    Crush all the roasted papads in a bowl and keep it aside.

    Add given amount of oil in a Kadhai, Let it heat for a while!

    Now add diced onion into oil and fry it till they turn a little beige.

  5. 5

    Add Chilli powder,Turmeric and Pepper, Mix well.

  6. 6

    Add Diced Tomatoes.

  7. 7

    Keep Mixing for 30 to 45 Seconds.

    Now pour all the mixture into the bowl of roasted and crushed papad slices.

  9. 9

    Add salt, mix thoroughly, Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
