1Zest of each Lemon, Lime, and Orange
1 tspVanilla
1/2 tspCinnamon
3 tbspSugar
1 cupFlour
1 1/4 tspBaking Powder
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspNutmeg

Steps

Mix dry ingredients

Cream with butter, zest and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients.

Wrap dough in cloth and cool in refrigerator for 2 days to develop a flavors

Roll dough in small groups balls and and bake at 325°F for 25 minutes

When thoroughly enjoyed cooled, and roll in powdered sugar.
