Cooking Instructions

Take carrots, ginger, cucumber, white raddish , and grate them.

Take coriander leave, green chillies ( small size) tomatoes, and chopp them finest.

Mix step no.1. and step no .2 . add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in it add salt to taste .Add the thyme . Mix it well. in a mixing bowl .

Now remove the upper part of the bell peppers. remove the seeds too. Now fill it with fillings prepared in the mixing bowl. Keep aside for a while.

Pour some soy oil on the deep frying pan under medium high heat of the gas . Put the bell peppers in it when oil heated. Bell peppers are yo be putted one by one.

Stirring slowly while frying keep vigil on the pan and adjust the flame while cooking that is important.

Fry Bell peppers in the pan till loosens and cooked.

Take it out to waiting plate.
