Pat dry ribs place on aluminium foil.

Season with spices

Wrap in foil.

Place in preheated to 350 degree oven. Cook for two hours.

Unwrap and brush your favorite BBQ Sauce all over the ribs.

Pop back into the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
