Steps

Cut the purple cauliflower into florets and steam approx. 8 minutes.

Drain the can of butter beans while steaming cauliflower, and process in a food processor.

After cauliflower has steamed add it to the food processor and process for 1-2 minutes.

Then add tahini, olive oil, salt and pepper to food processor and process to a puree consistency.

Eat alone or spread on bread, sprinkled with chives.
