  1. Crockpot Brisket
  2. 2 largewhite or yellow onions
  3. 1 packagesbacon
  4. 2 cupwater
  5. 15 ozcan tomato sauce
  6. 3 1/2 lbbeef brisket
  7. 1egg
  8. 8beef bullion cubes
  9. 2 tspseasoning salt
  10. 1 tsppeppercorns

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cut onion into rings and place in the bottom of crock pot

  2. 2

    in a seperate bowl mix water, tomato sauce, seasoning salt, bullion, and egg

  3. 3

    cook whole package of bacon and crumble

  4. 4

    season brisket with salt and pepper then brown in bacon grease

  5. 5

    place brisket in crock pot, pour water mixture over brisket then sprinkle peppercorns and half of the bacon on top

  6. 6

    cook on high for 5-7 hours

  7. 7

    sprinkle remaining bacon over individual servings
