  • 1 tbspbutter or olive oil

  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 tbsplemon, juice
  • 1/3 cuptahini or water or yogurt
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce or hot sauce
  • 1/4 tspcayenne pepper or hot sauce
  • 1/4 tspsea salt
  • 1 tspcumin (opt.)
  • 3cilantro
