Ingredients

  1. 6 cupred potato
  2. 6 slicebacon crumbled
  3. 1 largeonion
  4. 1 cuppeas
  5. 2 tbspdijon mustard
  6. 2 tbsphoney
  7. 2 tbspred wine vinigar
  8. 1 eachsalt pepper and garlic salt

  1. 1

    dice potatoes skin on in bite size pieces. boil an equal water and vinegar until tender. cool.

  2. 2

    cook bacon until crisp. crumble. cook onion in bacon grease. cool both and add to potatoes.

    add peas (frozen, fresh or drained from can) to the potatoes. mix gently.

    combine the wet ingredients and seasoning. mix thoroughly and taste I make sure they're OK
