Ingredients

  • 3eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcornmeal
  • 1 tspflour
  • 1 tspwhite vinegar
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 dashlemon extract
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine eggs, vinegar, butter, vanilla & lemon extract

  2. 2

    Blend in sugar, cornmeal, flour, & salt

  3. 3

    Pour in unbaked pie shell

  4. 4

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Reduce heat to 350° & bake for 30 more minutes
