  • 2 1/3 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1shake an refridgerate
  • 1combine ingredients mix gently
  • age seasoning
  • 2 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupshoyu
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbsphondashi
