  • 2 1/3 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1shake an refridgerate
  • 1combine ingredients mix gently
  • age seasoning
  • 2 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupshoyu
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbsphondashi

    combine age in water and boil for 30 min to remove oil; cool then squeeZe to remove liquid.

    combine age seasoning an bring to biil add age an boil for another 20 min. mean while combine rice with salt sugar carrits an sushi vinegar.
