  • Cooking the chicken
  • 1Oreganos or Dry Herbs
  • 1Olive Oil
  • 1Lemon
  • 1Salt
  • 4Chicken Breast
  • Fries
  • 8Potatos
  • Flavour the chicken
  • 1Olive Oil
  • 1Paprika & Oregano
  • 1Chicken Breast already cooked
  • 2 largeOnion & Garlic
  • Sauce and topping
  • 1Bechamel Sauce
  • 1Bread Crumbs
  • 1Grated Cheese

  1. 1

    Cook the chicken breasts into water, olive oil, oreganos and some lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Peel the potatos and cut them into little squares and fry them while the chicken is cooking.

  3. 3

    When the chicken is cooked cut it into little pieces.

  4. 4

    In a pan flavour the chicken. Chop some garlic and onions and place it on the pan with olive oil and the chicken pieces. Add the oreganos and the paprika just to flavour the chicken and give it some colour.

  5. 5

    Pre-heat oven to 180c.

  6. 6

    On a tray place one layer of fries, one layer of chicken and another layer of fries.

  7. 7

    Please be aware you can only buy ready made bechamel sauce in portuguese shops, or you can make it.

  8. 8

    Put the bechamel sauce on your top layer, then put the breadcumbs and the cheese.

  9. 9

    Place it in the oven until the cheese is melted.
