Ingredients

  • 1 packagescornbread mix, prepared as directed and cooled
  • 1 headleafy green lettuce, torn
  • 1 cancorn, drained
  • 1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 pintscherry tomatos, halved
  • 1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
  • 10 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cupshredded jack cheese
  • 1/2 cupranch dressing

    After the cornbread cools, cut it into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Layer a large bowl with half each of cornbread, lettuce and next 7 ingredients; drizzle half of your dressing evenly over top. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and dressing.

    Cover and chill for about an hour before serving.
