Juice down kalamansi in a cup, put the chopped onion and set aside.

Boil water with pepper. tomato and salt.

Put the rabbit fish and simmer for two minutes.

Put the diced gourd. Continue to simmer for another minute.

Remove from fire and put kalamansi and chopped onion and scallions.
- 6
Serve with rice to 5 persons.
