Dice your onion

Let onions sautee until they are translucent (see through)

Melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat in a skillet

Once butter is melted, add your onions.

Once onions are done, add 1 cup barbeque sauce and 1/2 cup water

Stir thoroughly until bubbling

Season the pork chops using salt and pepper to taste

Add your pork chops to the pan.

Take some of the onions and sauce and put over the top of the pork chops. Cover the skillet with a lid

Let pork chops cook about 15 mins on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.
