Saute Mix
2 smallonion
5 clovegarlic
4 cupcooked rice
1 cangreen beans
1 cupcooked ham - sliced
1 mediumegg beaten
100 mlcorn oil
1 tspiodized salt
1/4 cuptapa or smoked fish - grated

Thaw cooked rice and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion.

Add tapa and ham

Add rice, salt and green beans.

Add egg and fry for 10 minutes. Stir regularly until mild crispy.

Serve while hot with coffee.
