  1. 1 packagesspinach
  2. 1 cupmushroom
  3. 2 smalltomatoes
  4. 5 clovegarlic
  5. 1 mediumonion
  6. 1 dashsalt&pepper
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 2 1/3 sliceSirloin steak

  1. 1

    rub salt&pepper on the sirloin meat and grill.

  2. 2

    saute in olive oil the onion; add garli till almost brown; add tomatoes and mushroom.

  3. 3

    add sal&pepper and then the spinach. Turn off heat and serve steak on top of the spinach saute
