Ingredients

  • 4 cupfrozen potato rounds
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 packagesfrozen chopped broccoli, thawed (10 oz)
  • 1 canFrench fried onions (2.8 oz)
  • 1 mediumtomato, chopped - optional
  • 1 cancream of celery soup, condensed
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 1 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Place potatoes on bottom and sides of 8x12" casserole

  2. 2

    Bake uncovered at 400°F for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Brown beef and drain

  4. 4

    Place beef , broccoli, 1/2 can onions and tomatoes in potato shell.

  5. 5

    Combine soup, 1/2 c. cheese and seasonings.

  6. 6

    Pour over beef mixture.

  7. 7

    Bake, covered, at 400° for 20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Top with remaining cheese and onions.

  9. 9

    Bake, uncovered, 2-3 miinutes
