Ingredients

  1. 4large red ripe tomatos diced
  2. 3medium jalapenos seeds and veins removed diced small
  3. 1/2large red spanish onion diced small
  4. 1/2large sweet vidalia onion diced small
  5. 1/4 cupdiced fresh cilantro
  6. 1/2large fresh ripe sweet mango diced
  7. 4 slicefresh ripe sweet pinapple diced
  8. 1/2 cupfresh lime juice
  9. 1/4 cupfresh orange juice
  10. 2 tspsalt
  11. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  12. 1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
  13. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  14. 1/4 cupsweet pinapple juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large glass, plastic or ceramic bowl mix all of the diced vegetables and fruits. Pour fruit jucices on top and mix. Last add seasonings garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper. Mix well again. If lime juice not avail use fresh lemon juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Maybe served with taco chips or fresh fried tortilla chips.
