Mushroom Chili Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 8-10roma tomatoes, rinsed
  2. 3dried red chilis, seeded and thinly sliced
  3. 1 (8 oz)can tomato paste
  4. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 2 packsorganic mushrooms, sliced and rinsed
  6. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  7. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add the oil and roma tomatoes in a skillet over medium heat.

    Let simmer until soft.

  3. 3

    Add the chili and garlic with tomato paste.

  4. 4

    Stir over low heat. Salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Add mushrooms to marinara. Let simmer for 20 minutes untill it's ready
