-cut in flour and butter with 2 knives

When it is all mixed together, sprinkle parchement paper with flour and put the whole mixture onto the paper. Make sure the mix isnt too liquid or hard

Shape into 6 or 8 smaller triangles

Brush w/ milk

Sprinkle with sugar (approx.1 tbsp)
