  • 1onion

  • 1carrots
  • 4celery
  • 2potatoes
  • 1salt, black pepper, paprika, bay leaves (2)

    boil beef and remove foaming fat for about 30-45 min

  2. 2

    reduce heat to high simmer, add all other ingredients, and let simmer for about 1.5 hrs
