Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 1/2 tbspunsalted butter
  2. 10 ozbaby spinach
  3. 2 mediumleeks
  4. 2 largegarlic cloves
  5. 1/4 cupdry white wine
  6. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  7. 1/2 tspcoarse salt
  8. 1/4 tspground pepper
  9. 1 pinchnutmeg
  10. 2 tbspgrated parmesan
  11. 24 ozhalibut fillets
  12. 2 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    From relish.com: Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Wilt spinach in skillet, set aside. Cook leeks in butter, add wine and reduce. Add cream to simmer, then salt. pepper , nutmeg, parmesan, and reserved spinach.

    Bake halibut 10 mins in parchment, serve with spinach mixture.
