1/2 cupSweet Jam/Jelly/Preserves (I used Mango Chutney)
1/3 cupHoney
1/4 cupLemon Juice
1/4 cupApple Cider Vinegar (optional)
1/2 tspGinger Powder (optional)

Steps

Press and Slice Tofu

Mix Marinade in a Bowl and allow Tofu to Marinate for at least 15 minutes up to Overnight

Bake on a Foil-Lined Cookie Sheet at 450F for 20 minutes on the first Side

Then, Flip and Bake another 10 minutes -- Watch the honey because the sugars can burn
