Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupSweet Jam/Jelly/Preserves (I used Mango Chutney)
  2. 1/3 cupHoney
  3. 1/4 cupLemon Juice
  4. 1/4 cupApple Cider Vinegar (optional)
  5. 1/2 tspGinger Powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Press and Slice Tofu

  2. 2

    Mix Marinade in a Bowl and allow Tofu to Marinate for at least 15 minutes up to Overnight

  3. 3

    Bake on a Foil-Lined Cookie Sheet at 450F for 20 minutes on the first Side

  4. 4

    Then, Flip and Bake another 10 minutes -- Watch the honey because the sugars can burn

  5. 5
