Ingredients

5 servings
  1. rice
  2. 1 cuplong grain rice
  3. 1 canof tomatoe sauce
  4. 1 ozchopped chiles
  5. 1 dashsalt
  6. 1 dashpepper
  7. 1oil
  8. 1 1/2 cupwater
  9. 1 canchicken broth for flavor
  10. meat combination
  11. 3 lbof chopped steak
  12. 1 canchoppes chilies
  13. 1 canof pinto beans not re fried
  14. 1 canbroth
  15. 1 canof pace salsa
  16. extra
  17. 1cheese of choice
  18. 1and fritos (must)
  19. 1sour cream
  20. 1guacamole

Steps

  1. 1

    heat rice up with the oil until they start to brown

  2. 2

    add the tomato sauce , the water,broth

  3. 3

    add salt and pepper as you please to give it flavor and mix in chilies

  4. 4

    the meat

  5. 5

    you will want to heat the steak until most of the blood is gone

  6. 6

    add the borth and pinto beans so the meat will start to soak up the juices

  7. 7

    mix in chilies and pace to give it a little bit.of spice

  8. 8

    when the meat is done you will want to combine it with the rice and mix it until it is completely mixed

  9. 9

    in a bowl put some fritos in the bottom and spoon the mixture on top if the fritos

  10. 10

    then top with guacamole (optional) sourcream (optional) and cheese e

  11. 11

    enjoy it while its hot and congratulate yourself on a nicely done cooked meal :)
