1 tspSalt
3/4 cupTaco sauce
1 packagesShredded cheddar

Cut onions in half lengthwise

Remove center of onions

Chop 1 cup onion

Combine onion, beef, egg, salt, taco sauce to make meatballs

Put meatballs in onion shell

Top with cheese

Bake 350? for 45-60 min
