1 lbChopped meat
1 cupWhite onion
3Eggs
1 lbAmerican cheese
1 tbspWater
2 packagesCrescent rolls

Brown meat and onion. Drain completely.

Form pie shell with crescent dough saving some for upper crust

Beat 1 egg yolk and 1 tbs water

Beat 3 egg whites and 2 yolks.

Pour half 3 egg white 2 yolk mix over bottom of pie

Pour in meat onion mixture

Pour remaining egg white and yolk mixture

Cover with xheese

Form top pie crust

Brush egg yolk and water mix over crust among sure to get edges

Bake at 350? 20 min covered and 20 min uncovered
