Ingredients

  1. 6 largeWhite onions
  2. 2 lbChopped meat
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 3/4 cupTaco sauce
  6. 1 packagesShredded cheddar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut onions in half lengthwise

  2. 2

    Remove center of onions

  3. 3

    Chop 1 cup onion

  4. 4

    Combine onion, beef, egg, salt, taco sauce to make meatballs

  5. 5

    Put meatballs in onion shell

  6. 6

    Top with cheese

  7. 7

    Bake 350? for 45-60 min
