  1. Soup
  2. 600 gramsKabocha squash (japanese pumpkin)
  3. 100 gramsDried meat cooked and thinly shredded
  4. 1 bunchKale chopped thinly
  5. 1 literWhipping cream
  6. 1Chopped onion
  7. 1 pinchGrated nutmeg
  8. 60 gramsUnsalted butter
  9. 2 cupOil
  10. 3 cloveGarlic

  1. 1

    The dry meat:

    In a baking dish, place the dried meat already cooked and shredded and drizzle with a tablespoon of melted butter and bake in the oven to brown slightly. Reserve.

    Kale: put the oil in a small pan, fry quickly and reserve

  3. 3

    Soup:

    Cook the kabocha with two liters of water and salt to taste. Drain the water and pass the kabocha in potato masher. Reserve.

  4. 4

    Assembly and finishing:

    Serve piping hot in individual bowls, putting over the shredded beef and fried kale.
