Another experiment. I love making stew and everyone LOVES this recipe.

I needed something good and hardy for a work day. So I got up a little early to prepare this delicious meal for my family that works and go's to school. This was perfect on a cold winter day after a long day of work. Come home to a great smelling house.

Even though it's recommended to be served on rice, I used mashed potato with it. Beef and potato, you can't go wrong ;-)
