Spray crock pot evenly and spread hash browns at the bottom.

Mix well, and slowly, using a whisk.

Add milk.

Sprinkle in ground mustard.

Add plenty of salt and ground pepper. Set aside.

Cook sausage and set aside.

Add sausage on top of hash browns.

Add bag of cheese.

Mix well.

Pour egg mixture over food and mix well.

Cook for 6-8 hours.
