500 gramspassata
8vine ripe tomatoes
2yellow peppers
3shallots or small onions
1 pinchblack pepper
1 bunchfresh basil
6chesnut mushrooms
2thinly sliced or crushed galic cloves
1 pinchsmoked paprika
2 tbspworcestershire sauce
3 tbspparmesan cheese

sweat off the shallots then add all the ingredients apart from mushrooms and peppers

blend mushrooms and pepper together in food processor then add to sauce.

keep on low heat for a hour to two stirring every 10 mins so it doesn't stick
