Ingredients

  1. 50 gramsbutter
  2. 1/4 cuphoney
  3. 1/2 cuprolled oats
  4. 1/2 cupdried fruits (raisins)
  5. 1 tbspdesiccated coconut
  6. 2 cupcornflakes or crisped rice cereals

  1. 1

    Stir butter and honey in a small pan over low heat. Remove once butter melts and well combined.

  2. 2

    Add oats, dried fruits, desiccated coconut, cornflakes (or crisped rice cereals) and stir well.

  3. 3

    Spoon the mixture into muffin cases (12 medium sized ones/ can make about 60 mini muffin), piling it up. Chill in refrigerator until set and firm.

  4. 4

    **feel free to use what you have: peanuts, almonds, dried apricots/ cranberries, candied cherries, et cetera
