  1. 3 cupPenne pasta
  2. 1 tbspOil
  3. 1 lbBoneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  4. 1Orange pepper cut into strips
  5. 1Yellow pepper cut into strips
  6. 4 cupTightly packed baby spinach leaves
  7. 270 gramsTub of Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cooking Creme Cheese
  8. 3 tbspToasted pine nuts

  1. 1

    Cook pasta as directed on package

  2. 2

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on med/high heat. Add chicken; cook & stir 5-7 minutes. Stir in peppers and spinach; cook 2 min, stir. Add creme; cook & stir 2-3 min.

  3. 3

    Drain pasta, leave 1/3 cup cooking water to add to sauce mixture as desired. Add pasta, mix lightly. Top with pine nuts & serve ASAP!
