Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb peeled and chopped carrots; 6 large potatoes peeled and chopped; 1 lb Uncle John pork smoked sausage cut into medallions; 1 quart chicken broth; 2 quart water; 1 lb sliced fresh white mushrooms; 1 lb sweet peas frozen; 1 lb sweet corn frozen; 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder; 1/2 tsp white pepper powder; 1/2 tsp ground black pepper fine grind; 2 tbsp salt more or less to your taste; 1/4 lb bacon chopped; 10 skinless and boneless chicken breast; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1/3 cup sr flour; 1/4 cup butter /margarine

1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
1/2 tspground black pepper fine grind
2 tbspsalt more or less to your taste
1/4 lbbacon chopped
10skinless and boneless chicken breast
1/3 cupvegetable oil
1/3 cupsr flour
1/4 cupbutter /margarine

Steps

add your 2 quart water 1 quart broth to pot start to heat to boil add carrots and spices

in a large pan add someoil fry potatoes, onions bacon when not quite done

add mushrooms stir in let cook for 3 mins remove add to chicken add sausage to pan cook till heated through

in a container add 1/3cup oil and flour mix into a loose batter

pour slowly into boiling liquid be careful this will rise in pot make sure you have at the most 3/4 full because it will thicken and volume will rise (if it overflows turn heat off stir it will go back down ) stir or it will overflow or harden into to thick a stew

add butter /margarine stir serve enjoy
