While the broccoli is steaming you'll want to put the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

When the broccoli is done steaming, add them into the bowl.

Then, using a hand blender mix until well incorporated.

Pour the batter into a (silicone) loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes at 160C (320F)
