1/2 cupBroccoli (steamed)
1/2 cupWhey Isolate
1/2 cupPea Protein
1/2 cupEgg Whites
2Eggs

First, steam the broccoli.

While the broccoli is steaming you'll want to put the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

When the broccoli is done steaming, add them into the bowl.

Then, using a hand blender mix until well incorporated.

Pour the batter into a (silicone) loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes at 160C (320F)

Enjoy your low carb, low fat, and gluten free broccoli protein bread!

Macros per entire loaf: 603.5 kcals, 113.2g protein, 15.7g carbs, 10.5 fat, 5g fiber!
