Ingredients

  1. 2scallions, chopped
  2. 1 tbsppeeled, minced ginger
  3. 4 tbspwhite wine vinegar, divided
  4. 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  5. 4 tbspcanola oil, divided
  6. 1 tspground allspice
  7. 1 1/4Lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  8. 1Kosher salt
  9. 1/2 tspground cumin
  10. 1(6-oz.) bag baby spinach
  11. 1/2cucumber, thinly sliced
  12. 1 bunchradishes, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat grill to medium-high, direct heat (Gas grill: Turn on all burners. Charcoal: Spread coals into even layer.)

  2. 2

    Puree scallions, ginger,2Tbsp. vinegar, Worcestershire, 2 Tbsp oil, and allspice in a blender. Combine chicken and marinade in a bowl, season with salt. Let sit 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, make dressing: Whisk remaining 2 Tbsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp oil, and cumin in a small bowl. Season with salt. Toss spinach, cucumber, and radishes in a serving bowl.

  4. 4

    Grill chicken until cooked through, flipping once, about 10 minutes. Toss salad with dressing.
