Steps

preheat the oven to 180°C

boil water and add 1 table spoon oil and half a tea spoon salt , then add the pasta

chop all the veggies to thin slices

mince the garlic and chop the onions to small cubes

preheat the butter and the oil in the non-stick pan and add the onions and garlic

step by step add the pepper followed by the carrots then the squash and finally the mushrooms and stirr well

after taking the pasta off the water dry it and add to the cooked vegies and stirr

add salt and stirr until the ingredients are well mixed

put all the cooked ingredients in a glass bowl or tray for oven

chop some jumbon and add to to bowl

use hot water to melt the dried broth in and add at this stage

add some cheese and mix

as a final step put the rest of jumbon and cheese on top and then enter to oven for 15 min or until cheese bubbles up ??
