1Onion
3Carrots, chopped
4Celery stalks, chopped
2 can(28 oz) Diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can(16oz) Red kidney beans, drained
1 can(16 oz) White kidney beans, drained
3 can(10 oz) Beef stock
3 tspOregano
2 tspPepper
5 tspParsley
1 tspTabasco sauce
8 ozPasta

Brown beef in skillet

Add everything to crock pot. (except pasta)

Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.

During last 30 min on high or 1 hour on low, add pasta.
