Dissolve Pandan gelatin in 1 cup hot water.Add another cup of cold after, and refrigerate until firm.Add sugar and rum to soymilk and freeze in plastic container.Cut jello in cubes,shave ice-frozen soy,n mix with rest of ingredients.Top with cherries.
