4 tbspcanola oil
2chicken breast fillet
1/4 cupcornstarch
water
dashsalt n pepper
3 tbspsalted butter
2 tbsporange juice
2 tbsphoney
1 tspfresh lemon/lime with zest

Season and slice chicken into strips.Mix in cornstarch and water.Make sure batter is of med.thick consistency,n coats well.Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dab excess oil with paper towel.Set aside.Melt butter and add oj,honey,n lemon.Reduce in low heat.Keep stirring,n careful not to burn butter.Add chicken, and coat in sauce quickly,n serve!
