Ingredients

  1. Shrimp (I prepared 12 jumbo)
  2. 10Blueberries
  3. Cheese, Onions, Mushrooms
  4. Saltine Crackers (optional)
  5. 1Salad dressing of your choice (Balsamic preferably)
  6. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  7. 1Spices (Garlic powder and onion powder)
  8. 2 tbspTeriyaki Sauce
  9. tbspSoy Sauce
  10. tbspHoney
  11. Spinach and Kale Mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté shrimp on medium-high heat for about 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side) in non-stick skillet.

  2. 2

    While shrimp is cooking, add sauces, spices, and honey...Sauce should thicken after you add the honey...

  3. 3

    Prepare Spinach and Kale...add mushrooms, Onions, cheese, and shrimp...sprinkle blueberries...Viola!!! ENJOY!!!
