Steps

Heat a wok, add oil and chillies to it.

Add potatoes and peas to wok.

Add all spices to potatoes and peas and give a mix.

Add chopped Coriander to mixture and keep some for garnishing.

Apply mixture to bread slices and cover with other slice.

Grill on griller or roast on tawa

Serve hot with tea or coffee.
