Heat a pan add one tbsp oil, add ginger chilli paste to it.

Add all veggies to pan, and cook till it's little soften.

Mash little peas with back of spoon so it gets mash a little.

Add mashed potatoes to pan and give a mix.

Let cool down mixture, then make a patties out of it.

Keep patties in fridge for 20 mins, meanwhile make slury out of flour.

Take flour, add one cup water to make slury.

Then take a patties, dip into slury then coat into crushed sawai.

Then shallow fry or deep fry Cutlets.

Serve hot with sauce and some salad.
