Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  5. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Separate eggs and beat egg whites fluffy, set aside

  2. 2

    Beat egg yolk with milk and vanilla

  3. 3

    Slowly add flour to milk/egg yolk mixture

  4. 4

    Fold egg whites into batter carefully

  5. 5

    Heat skillet, add batter, swish around in pan, flip when browned, keep warm, continue with rest of batter.

  6. 6

    Spread jam, roll up, sprinkle with powdered sugar
